I purchased my 1993 Mazda Protege new in Fairbanks, Alaska in March 1993, shortly after we arrived at Eielson AFB. From there I took her to Naples, Italy, where it brought my son home from the Navy Hospital. After that, I took her to Manchester, New Hampshire, where she became my work commute car. From there she took me to San Antonio Texas, and then to Illinois, near Saint Louis. I've taken terrible care of her, but still she keeps on keepin' on. LOVE my Protege!

When my son learned to drive, it was on my wife's Mazda 5... but the first time he drove the Protege, he said he liked it much better.
