Default My cars idle fluctuates and it shuts off randomly

I have a manual 2004 mazda rx8 and for a while it has been revving by itself from 1000 to 2500 RPMs but I didn't think much of it. But then the other day I started it up and it was really bad, like almost dying to really loud kinda bad. Then as I was driving it was a little jerky when I pushed on the gas real hard kind of felt like a vaccuum leak but I kinda shoved it aside and blamed it on the road being bumpy . Then I pushed the clutch in and came up to a stop and it just shut off so I took it to advanced and had the engine code pulled and nothing came up (other than the catalyst deficiency code because I have no cat) so idk what to do .. Anyone know what this problem might be???

Clean the throttlebody/maf/injectors. Techron works best as it decarbons the engine. Carbon will kill a rotary engine pretty quickly.A little Marvins Mystery Oil in the gas tank each fillup is highly recommended also. Rotary engines don't like ethanol. The oil in the gas eleviates it's effects on the engine.
