Default MX-5 Security system

I have a 2006 MX-5 . After removing it from storage for the winter ,I found that the brand new battery would drain completely overnight. I got online and found out how to test for parasitic battery drain by removing and putting back each fuse. After doing this. (and finding nothing) my car won't even start now. I turn on the ignition and the dash lights come on but nothing else. The security light just flashes. Also, the battery drain is gone. I have taken it to a mechanic, He said I disabled the security system. Another mechanic ,and a locksmith ,said I have to take it to the dealer . I'd like to avoid that if possible. Any Ideas??

I would be checking to make sure you refitted all the fuses you pulled, and that you put them back in their correct positions.
