Hey all! I just started working as a sales consultant at a local mazda dealership, before that I worked as a transmission tech, and know that there is information out there that we as a dealer don't have access to about product knowledge. If anyone can let me know where I can find upto date features and specs for the Mazda's that would be awesome!! Kevin

why would not have to access to info, that we would have. as a dealer, should you not get info directly from Mazda?

 

Manufacturers offer product knowledge courses. I am sure they have some sort of training site where you can get what you need. Sounds like a lot of bull to me.....
