Hi all . I have a single click every time i press my break pedal coming from which sounds like inside the dash on drivers side . Any advice would be appreciated

 

All break pads that I know of have a thin and small piece of tin mounted on the pads. When the pads get down to when they should be replaced the tin rubs on the rotor and causes a noise. This noise tell the car owner that they should soon replace their break pads before rotor damage starts.

 

my guess would be the brake light switch.

 

Hi its new pads and discs on it. Iy only clicks once each time a press the brake pedal when moving but when its stationery there is no noise
