Default Hi all,MWD need advice!

Hi all new here and proud owner of a 2013 Mazda 3 gs sky sedan, love the car so far!I have done nothing to the car yet but i need your advice.I still have my tires from the car i traded those are 225-45-17,i want to keep the stock rims for winter and buy 17 for summer with my tires. The thing is that im scared about the infamous MWD(massive wheel gap of death)lol.I dont want to drop the car.Do you guys have pics with these tires sizes and stock suspension?Any advices, should i keep my 16 for summer too?Thx!

It depends on the actual diameter across the whole tire and/or circumference of the 2 tires. That should be easy to measure. As long as you are within 3% it shouldn't throw your speedometer off too much. Any more difference you will need a computer tuner to reprogram your tire size.
