Default Mazda CX 7 AWD GT 2008

New to Mazda site, looking for a little advice I am considering purchasing a used Mazda CX-7 with all kinds of bells and whistles it is a private sale from a Mazda dealer Sales person. The vehicle has 70,000 KM( 50,000 miles) in mileage and mostly used by this gentlemens wife. asking $15000.00 includes 2 year extended warranty as well as 2 sets of tires one winter set on alloy rims and summer set on alloy rims.
It is in mint condition, you can eat off the floor, nav system keyless entry etc etc.

WOW. Just not sure after all of the stuff I have read about engine turbo issues, also about poor gas mileage , do you run premium fuel or not ? Potential air conditioning issues. Looking for some help from the Mazda owners their opinions especially anyone with a 2008 GT AWD that may have surpassed the 50,000 mile mark in life on this vehicle.
I would appreciate anyones help.

tks

Make sure it has a rock solid service history.
I'm guessing it Petrol powered?
Fuel economy isn't flash.
Fuel grade differs from country to country & You haven't told me where you live.
Not aware of any air-con issues.
Turbo's only die when servicing is neglected.

You shouldn't use turbo until engine is warmed up!, so stay out of gas til it's warmed up
