ok, so i'm a Ford guy, i've never owned anything less than 302 cubic inches and i'm getting into the Mazda market. i want to build a badass miata, but i don't know anything about them. mainly because a buddy of mine has a Honda 2000 that i want to blow off the road w/ somethin no one would expect, can anyone help me out?

Hell, I'm getting over 400HP out of my NA 5 liter and kickin the **** outa the 2000. however ...... different story. ($$$$)

Hook up with the Miata guys. I'm sure that there's a couple V8 miatas out there that would kick the snot outa the Honda. A little bit of a project but, well worth it.

no, he's never beaten my stang, he just never shuts up about his Honda 2000 and he ALWAYS talks down on Miata's so i want to build one to whoop him...but no my stang makes 396 rwhp an 413 rwtq out of a 347 stroker w/ CNC ported AFR heads, running 3.73 gears out of a T-5 trans...he's never beaten me, even in the corners, i did SCCA w/ a 99 Cobra for 3 years
