Fair Usage relating to photocopying Service manual content pages?

In one recent reply to a Mazda626 Codes Topic; I'd like to follow up with Posting '5 only' pages from a general Haynes/Gregory style softcover that covers EFI, inclusively the 5 pages relating specifically to 626 'Flash' Codes pre-OBD2 era.
This Content also displays the 'preferred Method' for clearing the Codes
Has Illustrations of methods of connecting self-made Flash Code Led wires, and for the connecting of a Pulse Code Reader to these pre-OBD2 set ups.
'Does 5 pages amount to be within the definition of fair use? - as I have not been able to find the original publication that I had copied as is, in a Public Library over 20 yrs ago...
