ELECTRICAL ISSUES....HELP? I have a 07 Mazda CX-7. A few months back while driving all dash lights an gauges started flickering an going crazy...radio went blank heater controls shut off! Upon parking an shutting it off it would NOT start back. Gauges going crazy cant roll up window no power to radio. So I fiddled with it lookin for loose connections cause i previously had a motor put in it. An nothing found. The ISSUE happened again today about 3 months later. The only way to start is to disconnect battery cables an touch them together...discharging all power from vehicle I believe? Put them back an it will start right up....? Any helpful advice is highly appreciated...!!! I.know.it will happen again soon..tnx in advance

 

Next time it plays up, get someone to scan it for trouble codes. This is the starting point for diagnosis.

 

Grim I have a couple scanners. I will give it a try when it does it again tomorrow...but I'm sure its gonna throw a million codes at me...but thanks for advice
