I just paid $450 to have my dealerinstall the sirius radio module into my 2008 mazda3. I am unable to activate the unit, pressing the sat button does nothing to the display, the service dept gave me a manual and a sticker with a unit serial number but no 12 digit ESN number which sirius service rep says they need to activate. They can't help further and have referred me back to the dealer.Ive been back to the dealer service dept once already and they are completely clueless how this thing works. (Werner in Manchester NH). Does anyone have this working so that I can educate my dealer and get this thing working?? Dealer service dept is clueless

 

It almost sounds like it is not plugged in to the HU or the sirius box in the back
