Was looking for some help please.

Maybe once a week I will go to use my key fob (the one for the dealer installed remote starter)
and it will not unlock the doors (or do anything for that matter) no matter what I do. Push push push and nothing so then I unlock the car with the key and the alarm goes off then I put the key in and nothing so I have to keep pushing the botton till it shuts off the alarm then works normal after that. Never seems to act up at the dealers when there. Anyone else have this happen to them?

What to do???
