Hi, just wondering if anyone can offer advice we bought our CX9 3 years ago and have had on going issues with the entertainment unit. When the car starts up it shows the time as the time when we turned off the car the night before and takes a while to readjust to the actual time. Every time we take the car to be serviced an update is done which is meant to rectify the issue but never does.
Also every few months the entertainment screen goes black and stays black we can hear the radio but lose the cameras, sat nav and all display are these 2 issues related?
I also have issues with the outside temperature today it was showing as -24 and only heat would come out even though we needed the air con as it’s a warm day. I’ve noticed before that the temperature displayed is different to what the actual temp is outside.
Would anyone know if these issues are all related and what may be the cause?
