I've looked for this combination of transmission codes any symptoms and can't seem to find a clear answer, any help will be appreciated, some of the replies are for 2.3L this is a 2.5L non-supercharged.

01 Millenia, 2.5L, 45k miles.

CEL was on once when the engine stalled and restarted. Codes P0750,P0755,P0760 & P1743, stored,CEL off now.Engine stalls whenat a traffic light or stopoccasionally, RPM fluctuates on highway about 500 rpm, this is intermittent too. Looks like torque converter clutch is on at wrong time, but why. Checked wiring to the solenoids on the outside of the transmission looks fine, connectors are clean, fluid changed at 30K. Please help!!!
