Ive just removed the cup holder and the trim around the gear stick in order to try and adjust my hand brake (2005 Mazda 6 2 diesel).
I'm now unable to refit the trim around the gear stick with the lighter electric connector plugged in. Goes back fine without the electric connector plugged in but when I attach the electric connector for the lighter it sits right over the linkage from the gear stick and doesnt have enough room to refit the trim? Any idea where im going wrong here? Thanks
