Skipping Gears

I own a 06 mazda 6s and i was wondering if im doing any hard in shifting from 2 to 4th or 5th ?

i have an 06 Mazda6 5 speed as well

and there is no harm in skipping gears, i do it all the time. (usually while downshifting though )
but just make sure u rev match.
