Mazda6 This powerful new sedan offers a sporty feel and stout engine, all without compromising the ability to seat 5.

Got the fuel pump installed. service advisor informed me and said the MAF i got is still sending wrong signals to computer (the one i had the mechanic put in was a remanufactured). I'm at the point i just want to be done with this, so I'm doing it.

About $1000 for everything. blah. I'm praying this is the end of it all, just frustrating and stressy.

ok, got it back. hooked up the scanner at the dealership to view live data, long term fuel trims around 3-5% (sometimes bank 2 seemed higher, maybe that EGR fix but I'll wait for a while to see what's up)...so I HOPE this is the end of this, I won't be celebrating until I pass smog (probably next week as you're supposed to drive it for a certain number of cycles/miles before resetting I believe). drove back 30 miles to work on the freeway....not holding my breath but hopefully i'm good for the time being....

MAF pointers: When cleaning it, it must be disconnected (unplugged) and negative terminal of battery disconnected. After cleaning it, it must be dry before getting plugged back in and re-started. I don't think you'll need to clean your MAF for another few years now that you've put in a new one.

EVA? Found this: The EVA system - LagoonWiki
Doesn't make any sense to me. Maybe it's something computer related on their end.
We can all rest now and have a few beers.
