Red Warning Signal With Arrow

Hi,

Got this symbol in top left of picture below come up on my Mazda6 Sport Nav this morning, can anyone advise on what it means? I seemed to notice it as I changed gears, wasn't the smoothest gear change so don't know if that's related. It seems to come and go every 1 second.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Check your bonnet/hood. Also check your owners manual.
