I have a 06 6GS, 5 speed. The shifter is noisier than any car I have driven. Every gear is clunky, loud. I'm not sure how to explain it other than a loud "click click" every time I switch gears. Makes the car sound cheap. My friend has a 06 4 cyl. and his is nowhere near as noisy as mine. I have always had Maxima 5 speeds before this and you couldn't even hear them shift. I am wondering if Ishould bring the car in or if this is normal. Would it make a difference on the 6 cyl versus the 4 cyl?
