well if its got a boost sensor it should just come with a turbo manifold blocked off so you could just get a turbo and strap it in

i agree fully CND, but i believe its just a hint saying that the cars wants and is ready for boost. i just got my six, but i'm kinda deriving what kinda of FI to use super or turbo............i was figuring i was gonna go super since the 6 lacks so badly in power under4500-4700rpms....it'll kick that torque up and push up a lil more power topend.......not looking for ridiculous amounts of power from my 6 just more, u know.........i have my escort to have fun with, and i just got my hands on a 67 gto..........so it on!

i would doubt that the stock internals in the 6 are good the 1000hp, except for the pistons and rods. if the pistons and rods are only good to 500hp, then your engine is only good up to 500hp, without needing new forged internals to help with that power, and then when you are up there, you would need to get a new transmission that can hold that power. the stock atx/mtx i dont think can stand up the that. my friend has a turbo 91 Supra, his atx is good up to about 400hp, after that he would need something new.
