Default New to this looking for advice

So heres the story i bought a 2008 mazda 6 2.3l i been slowly doing up grades on it etc well i wanna put a turbo in my car but im thinking about just doing a complete engine swap with the turbo already attached i can find any ford fusions or the already turbo mazda 6s in my area BUT i have seen a bunch of the cx-7s same year with the turbo i was wondering if i could take that motor put it in and all the motor mounts line up etc trying to make it as easy as possible because my 14 year old son is gonna be helping me with it (he wants to learn as much as he can before he gets his first car)

The core CX-7 engine is the same as the Mazda 6 & Mazda MPS/speed models. Engine mounts & axillaries are a unknown.
