Default My left speaker shuts off randomly

Hello,
I have an 04 with about 33k miles and after about an hour of driving my left speaker cuts out. This only happens when I'm playing my CD player. If I turn my car off after a while, it starts working again but, again, only after about an hour of driving. This started happening a few months ago. However, now it's started happening a little less than an hour. I'll put my regular radio on and it will start working again.
Has anyone had this problem and if so, how was it solved? Also, I don't listen to my music very loud, the highest I go is volume setting 10.

Jenn

Your left door speaker? Could be a loose connection caused by the fact that that's the most-often-shut door. Do you have the Bose pkg? I've heard that this is a problem with Bose systems on other makes (Nissan and Cadillac, specifically). I wonder if it's a "Bose weakness", specific to driver's doors?
