My does the AC do this?
Hi,
This happens very often but not always: So it's a hot day, I start my car and turn on the AC (Auto, and turn the temp down to lowest). Why in god's name does the system insist on blowing cold air at my feet fow what seems to be an indefinitely long period of time? I've try to let it run and sort itself out but give up after about 5 minutes as I'm roasting and need the air blowing at me.
This seems to happen when I first start the car. Anyone else have this problem?
Side question. Let's say the temperature in the car is lower than the lowest setting on the air system. I turn the air system to Auto and wind it down as low as it will go. Now, does the system try to warm the cabin or is it built so that when you have it on the lowest setting it will constanty try to cool?
Thanks,
Simon
