On my car there are multiple codes coming up for the evap system. The engine codes are stating that there is a leak in my evap system and O2 sensor is lean at idle. Obviously thinking there is a leak somewhere in the system. I have checked vacuum lines, replaced fuel cap, and tested the canister purge solenoid. Any ideas?

 

What are the codes?

 

The codes are P2187, P0113, P2195, P0140, and P0455. I have tried clearing them out, but they come back on within 30 miles.

 

Had a buddy scan my car tonight and he said that the tps was at 12.95%, that was with just the ignition on.
