Default Mazda 6 2010 2.2d Turbo Vane Position Sensor Error

Folks.. have a Mazda 6 2010 2.2d, and the engine light is showing and it's losing some power.

Brought it to the shop and they said the turbo is sound, but the OBD is showing a turbo position sensor error - P2565 (check out the description here).

The catch is - this little sensor isn't available separately from the 1500 quid turbo apparently, even though it's just a small thing that's screwed on to the outside of the unit. Pictures of it are below - any ideas where I might find one? I own the car from new and it's depressing to have to do something like this so soon.

Just read the workshop manual, and yes, you have to replace the whole turbo. Dumb idea. Maybe try & find a cheap second hand turbo & if the turbo is shot just use the sensor.

Grim reapers bearing bad news again.. Thanks a lot though... seriously dumb alright. That workshop manual doesn't happen to have the part number of the turbo in it does it?
