Default Mazda 6 2.2 150hp, p0101 error and SCBS, DSC

Hi guys,

A year ago, I bought a 2017 Mazda 6 2.2 150hp with 147k km. Right away, I did the first service and I continue to service it every 10-12k km. The problem is that since the beginning, I’ve been getting the SCBS Malfunction error, and the DSC light comes on. The error appears when I go over 160 km/h, or if I floor the car and let the engine braking take over. The mechanic cleaned the intake manifold, replaced the gaskets on the camshaft, he said that camshaft is ok and I tried cleaning the MAF sensor with cleaner, but I don’t know what else to do. The error code showing up on the computer is P0101 MAF.

Another issue is that when starting from a stop, the car shakes a little, but I assume the problem is with the flywheel. Still, it’s strange that this happens at 160k km, but I’m more interested in the SCBS issue.

Any advice?

Thank you.

You need to be patient. With Xmas yesterday many members have not returned for normal forum activities. As well on most forums it can take a couple days to responses from any service related threads. Be patient you will get some more response over the weekend
