Manual Key doesnt unlock
Hi - new guy here. We have a 2017 mazda 6 - great little car. Today we had an issue with a dead battery and we couldnt get into the car with the manual key to open the door
so that we could open the hood. My question is if anyone knows if that key mechanism is purely mechanical and should it work to unlock the door even with a dead battery?
Ours wouldn't unlock so we had to call roadside assistance. Any help appreciated. Thanks...
