I have a Mazda 6 2.0 2018 with 6 speed manual gearbox. When switching gears it feels like its not synchronized. The shifter get stuck for a short while and then the gear goes in. The problem exists on all gears. Is there any adjustments that could be done on the clutch or the gear shift linkage? Has anyone experience from gearbox oil change improve shifting?

1st step would be to change the gearbox oil. We use Castrol VMX at my dealership.
