Engine won’t start after air intake valve and egr cleaning

Engine won’t start after air intake valve and egr cleaning
Hello everyone
I hope I post this in the right location and someone can give me advice.
I have a Mazda 6 2.2d skyactiv nav-sport 2013. The check engine light came on, I put an OBD2-2 tester and had the error P0401.
I’ve took down the egr + egr cooler + air intake valve (pipe between egr and air intake valve was completely stuffed with carbon) , clean them put all of them back.
Now the car won’t start
Any idea in what to do ...
