P0300 after cleaning EGR ports 2000 2.5

Over the weekend I cleaned out the EGR ports on my 2000 milly 2.5, now I have a P0300 code. I checked the vacuum lines for leaks and pulled out the spark plug wires one by one and everything seems fine. Any ideas on what to do now?

Have you changed your plugs lately? That code is for random misfire, which usually has to do with plugs.
