Exclamation Engine-immobilizer antitheft system Help

Hello all, hopefully someone can help me. I went to play some paintball over the weekend and somehow the engine anti theft system kicked in. I tried for 3 hours to get it to start and cannot. Any one know how to disable the theft system? My FOB is working i can unlock/lock the doors and open trunk. Car is a 2009 Mazda 6S GT

UPDATE:

When i have the FOB in the car and press the brake down, the key indicator on the dash turns red, and the push button turns red. Also. I tried to force start it and still cannot get it to start...

Replaced both batteries in the fobs, am able to unlock/lock doors and open/close sunroof via fobs. Trunk opens via fob..

Thanks!
