hello everyone......just a quick question. i have a 2005 6 touring and i keep getting the check engine light will come on about every 5 or 6 days. the only way it will go off is if i unhook the battery cables. i have changed the plugs and air filter and i change the oil regularly, so i have no idea what could be causing this. any help would be greatly appreciated....thank you!!

 

You need to get it scanned by a mechanic who can bring up the cel code. This will help on what direction to take, without it, it's like spending lots of money for nothing.
