Default Car Battery Choice help.

Hi All, I am trying to work out what compatible battery options there are for my Dads Mazda 6 with istop
Model
6 SE-L NAV D
Year
2014
Fuel
DIESEL 2.2

I am looking at this one Size and type seems correct

S4 E42 BOSCH CAR BATTERY 12V 85AH TYPE 249 EFB S4E42

If you have i-stop, you require a T110 battery, which that battery matches.

Thanks, Does the battery need to be registered when installed.? I think I read someone you had to do it

I-stop requires an AGM battery and a reset done by dealer or try this: I-stop Reset

This may be simply easier!

vgate OBD II Memory Saver Connector with Two 2 Alligator Clips

or

OBD ll Connector Vehicle Memory Saver Reliable and Easy 9 Volt Battery Powered

Wont work.

Computer needs to completely power down and then relearn the new battery.
