Apexi is a great brand, they have always been one of my favories. Magnaflow makes a system and so does tanable. Theres also an axle back that I posted somewhere in the forums. Thats about all I know about the cat-acks for our 6's.

Damn $719.20 is a bit steep, you could hit up a speed shop and probably pick it up cheaper than that. And keep in mind that system is designed to be a "quieter" performance system, which may mean that you get a ricier sound to it. APEXi is definatly reputable in the import tuner car world, I'm more american made and want nothing but flowmasters on my 6 just because... who puts a flowmaster on anything but a truck? Haha, originality is key. Check the mechanical forum to see what the techies are saying is the best. If you like deep sound then flowmaster, borla, or magnaflow. Top end of course being borla, but you'd have to get a custom job with some of their mufflers as they don't offer a full kit yet.

thats ashame that Borla does not offer a full kit yet, i instantly fell in love with the sound of that exhaust system. god did it sound amazing and fierce. there is nothing worse for me than hearing a ricey exhaust, its just a tin can sound. vrinnn vrinnnn versus viscious growl haha......

Hi. I have a Borla Rock-It that i've been trying to get rid of for a long time. It is part of Borla's 'Boomer Series'. This muffler is brand new, has never been used, and it looks great! This would be a great addition to your Mazda 6.

Part Number: 40058
Inlet Diameter: 2.5 "
Oulet Diameter / Shape: 4.5 " / Round
Case Size: 14 " x 6.75 " x 6.75 "

BORLA Boomers are full-blown, high-tech, dyno and race-proven mufflers for the street or track. These eye-popping, fully polished mufflers utilize BORLA's patented race-winning technology. They boost horsepower 7% - 10% while adding head-turning sound. Available in a variety of universal-fit styles, BORLA Boomers are made of aircraft-quality T-304 stainless steel and include a Million Mile Warranty.

I bought the muffler directly from Borla for $225.00. I am willing to let it go for $200.00. PM me if you are interested.
