Default 2014 6 rear speakers

My rear deck speakers on my new 2014 6 grand touring are barely, if at all audible. I took it to the dealer and he said he noticed it and tried other 6s on the lot and it was the same. He called the factory and they told them that is normal.
Normal??? I have speakers that don't work and that is normal?? I can barely hear any rear sound. The dealer said it was nothing he could do. I wonder if others with this car have the same problem.
I smell a TSB or recall.

I have the same issue with my new Grand Touring. Unless I turn up the speakers waaaaay way up, passengers can't hear anything out of the rear deck. The mechanic said it was because the subs are in the doors and there's only tweeters in the rear, and said he confirmed the wiring is good by putting a stethoscope to them.... A freaking stethoscope. To hear sound from an 'ultra premium bose system'.

Is anyone else having this issue?

I have the same issue . It is horrible that bose speakers have such kind of issues . Passengers cant hear anything ... What is the point in having 11 speakers if some of them dont work !! .. I was thinking of taking it to the dealer but now I know it is a common problem.

Default Rear speakers

I picked up a Grand Touring yesterday and noticed the same issue. I will check in with the dealer in a few days and see what story they give me. I'll post my findings.

Hi all. I'm new here and am having the same problem with my Grand Touring. I have adjusted the speakers every which way and cannot get the quality sound you would expect from a premium sound system. With the fader set all the way to the rear there is barely any sound at all. My Honda Civic has better sound than this. I will be calling my dealer about this issue. Otherwise I LOVE my 6.
