Default 03 Mazda 6 Estate D starting issues..

Guys,

I am a 03 Mazda 6 TS1 Estate Diesel owner..Currently out of work thanks to recession...!

I am finding big issues with battery of this car. Last time I did not start car for a week & then failed to start. I got an RAC Battery Charger & got it started. (Did not try jump start as I have only one car..)

I was starting car every day after that..Last week I had 2 long trips (250 miles)& thought battery fully charged will be back to normal after that. Today (3 days after last start) I found car is not starting..Funny enough even remote unlocking itsef (central locking) not working. Used keys to open car. Tried to start..not even kick there..ho headlight..low glow indicators..Tried switch on head lights etc..but nothing there..even the interior light glows very very thin..So I am getting feeling that again its battery..

My question is..

Will the central ocking stop working if battery is too low..???I know some power needed for the light to glow & remove lock when central lock is un loaked. But last battery issue did not cause any issue with central ocking. But then battery was n't that low..I could hear kick sound at that time.

Is it expected to start car (Mazda 6) every day..??I remember my last car KIA was superb & did start even after a 1 month break..

Please e me know..

Regards,
Darren
