Hi when ever I'm reversing and turning or turning very slowly my steering wheel makes an unbearable squeak that goes through me, does anyone know what could be causing this? It only seems to happen when I turn the wheel right. It might be nothing but I know nothing about cars and don't want to make myself look daft taking it to a garage and it being nothing

 

If we are talking about the same kind of noise then it is fixed by either replacing the steeering rack or the power steering hydaulic pipes. In my case, the dealer replaced my steering rack under warranty. Its been fine ever since.
