Radio/CD removal?

Anyone know how to get the radio/cd unit out so that I can remove the Nokia hands free kit in our 5 Sport?

If you sift through the forum, there is a post somewhere with step by step instructions and photographs, I just can't remember where. It is on here though, I remember reading it about a year ago.
