Radiator/Ac fan and ac compressor on in heat mode
I noticed my ac compressor cycling and the radiator fan on wth heat set at 85 degrees and set on floor vents. Any ideas ?

If you are using any defrost mode that that would be normal.
Also the ECU will occasionally cycle the AC (its in ECU programing on many platform) to help maintain the health of the HVAC system and compressor life.
If you AC compressor is constantly recycling at every *engine cycle (*engine cycle is a complete shut down and restarting after the engine has completely cooled down equal or below the ambient temperature)and not using the any defrost settings then you should have your HAVC system, inspected.
