Dear forum,
My parking beeper is not working any more: When I switch on the ignition, a constant beep appears from the rear beeper for about 10 seconds. Even when I do not switch to reverse. meanwhile the front beeper peeps with high frequecy even when there's no wall or something. Obviously the sensors are switched off after 10 seconds which makes it impossible for me to test/feel whether each individual sensor works. The manual tells me to vistit the dealer which I do not want to.
Any suggestions?

Fixed it: During the first 10 seconds the sensors can be tested. So my wife had to turn the ignition on and off while I checked the sensors. I found two sensors in the front not working. Replacing them fixed the issue. Obviously the sensors are very sensitive to pulling and when the front bumper was taken of in the shop...
