Oil life monitoring system
Yes its called a Note pad and pen.
Gasoline info not necessarily for diesels. Change your oil and filter at least 5-7k miles (I personally do 3k) and the years apparently their scattered data to show oil needs to be changed in a stored vehicle or by time in service. There is actual "conclusive" data indicating supportive to both.... GO figure. Personally, I am in the its BS having had oil analyzed by time rather than use and hving the results show nothing to support changing oil by time? b
