Default Oil in my cooling system

I have a problem on my '92 MX3. I am getting oil in my coolant. I have changed out my oil cooler and had it flushed several times. 4 different mechanics can't figure out whats wrong. [b]ANY IDEAS?

Thank you I was leaning that way, but I am no mechanic. Many thanks for your reply.

Is there water in your oil or is it just oil in the water. Is the car auto or manual? It could be transmission fluid rather than engine oil.
