Got a '05 mazda 5 sport 2L petrol tire muncher, 74k on the clock and love it!

just had a few quick questions as I'm doing a full service, downloaded the WM link but can't seem to find the basic info of what the engine oil capacity on 2L petrol? only found US info of 4 quarts.. 3.9Litres? 4.3L with filter?

Seem to have a knock when going over speed humps I'll take the rear drop links out to check for give but didn't want to pull the front ones out as it seems a bit of a mission, took a pic, look worn out?

Rear shock has been reported as weeping but ok by a mazda garage. When it gives up can you replace just one shock or is it best to replace both?
