The wife and I just picked up our 5 today, OMG is this thing awesome!!! It handles great and I cant get over how good the suspension is, bump?? what bump?!

The only thing's I wish were added would be the passenger side arm rest (not there due to the console capartment door cover) and an above light for the rear seats, the light in the "trunk" on the side does not really do anything, it is bright which you would think would be fine, but if there is something blocking it (a baby stroller) you can't see anything...

other then those, this thing rocks!!

I agree I like mine pretty well. I wish it had a leather option. I also wish that it had the fold out console like the european models.

Just bought mine 2 weeks ago and so far so great. I'm getting 31 on the highway and 26 in the city. I purchased the 5 speed and it seems much more quicker than the auto I test drove. Just had a bliizzard this weekend and I took it out for the hell of it and it seemed to handle the snow pretty well not as good as the outback but not as bad as a civic. It is funny that everyone that sits in the passenger seat wishes there is an armrest. I wonder if there is a way to order a middle console for the rear two seats from europe that would be a nice addition. Besides that I have ordered all weather mats, cargo mat and cover.

We've had our Mazda5 since late December 2005. Also very happy with it so far. I have yet to see anoter one on the road though. Is Mazda to afraid to advertise in case it does not catch on?

I think the styling is pretty cool. In my opinion, it is the best looking mini-van (whatever you want to call it) on the road.
