New Owner!
Hi,
After some deliberation and shopping around, my family are now the proud owners of an 08 plate Mazda 5 2.0D Sport. I got it from Romford Mazda with only 3k miles on it, and it's only 8 months old, with about £7k saving on the new price. It's in Sunlight Silver and having now covered about 200 miles I really am loving it. For such a tall vehicle it handles really well on the country lanes and I think it's a lot quieter engine and road noice wise than my Saab.
Couple of questions though:
1. I have a squeak in the back when it's cold, especially when going over rough ground or over speed humps. I think it might be the boot 'roller blind' thing, but I note it has felt on the ends to stop this. Any suggestions?
2. I want to wire in a TomTom unit, but I don't want the power lead draped over the dash. Is there any easy way to get behind the dash to where the OBDII port is so I can tap 12V off that?
Thanks
Garry
