We've just driven our 2018 CX-5 to Spain from UK and will be keeping it here permanently. I'm trying to find out whether any displays can be changed to kilometres?

I have found settings option that switches between miles and kilometres but it is disabled and cant be selected.

any help in changing any of the displays that can be changed would be much appreciated.
