Bought recently a Mazda CX5 2019 with carplay installed. However I am unable to connect the installed carplay with my Samsung A42 smartphone (Android 12). Bought an expensive usb cable but no connection at all! An Apple Iphone works without problem.
My wife's Android phone Samsung A23 is recognised by the car software however the phone icons appearing on the car display are not working. They do not react on pushing or steering with the round display steering **** in the mid console of my Mazda CX 5 2019. Can it be a Mazda software problem or the Android software package?? Anyone an idea what could be the problem or how to connect correctly to carplay?
