Mazda5 Sport and "Sirius Ready"?

Mazda5 Sport and "Sirius Ready"?
I just bought a used 2012 Mazda5 Sport auto. I have XM on my other car that I want to transfer to the Mazda5. It says it's "Sirius XM Ready". Does that mean all I have to do is call Sirius, or do I need additional hardware for the Mazda? So, what does "Sirius Ready" mean?
