Hi all,

I am new to the forum and have just purchased my UK 2006 Sport Nav, no doubt I will be going through the worn tyres section shortly but first for the toys, while delighted to have an built in sat nav, there are no instructions for in and while I have found my way round most of it, the voice commands elude me, any tips or "guidance" appreciated

Hi, I too am a brand new owner, mines a 2.0d 2008 sport nav, I have the navigation manual with mine, don't know if it's the same as yours though, if theres anything you'd like me to look up for you give me a shout

 

Hi Ford306, I imagine yours is the facelift version , my sat nav has a remote control , not a touch screen, hence wondering if the voice commands are useful, so far all I can do is zoom in and zoom out, not a great deal of help

i havent learnt them all yet, try 'i'm hungry' that should show you the restaurants, if its the same as mine! or 'go home' should navigate you home.

when I get a bit of time, i'll try and scan some of the commands from the manual and pop them on here, failing that i'll just sit here and write them all out!
