Default Mazda 5 electric windows

Hello I've just purchased my first Mazda , a Mazda 5 7 seater and am very pleased with it , it's a 2007 furona 2.00 petrol.
I didn't notice when I bought it that the rear electric window switches on the drivers door will not operate the rear windows, I've checked the child switch to isolate them is off but still no good.
The windows open ok from the back so they do work.
First time on here as I've just joined (only bought the car Saturday).
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks
Rich

Hi Rich,

The battery has been disconnected or run down. You need to reset the windows. It's in the handbook if you have one. Go round each door lowering the window with the door's own switch then raise the window to the stop and hold the switch up for a couple of seconds. You'll hear a kind of relay click, click. Job done.

Hope thjs helps, Mozart.
